Cruisin’ Hoosiers Car Show Coming to Warsaw Autoplex

WARSAW, Indiana—The 22nd Annual Cruisin’ Hoosier Car Show is coming to Warsaw Autoplex this Saturday, August 24, from noon until 6 p.m. The car show is sponsored by the Cruisin’ Hoosiers Car Club in cooperation with Warsaw Autoplex.

On display at the car show will be cars, trucks, motorcycles, and a rat rod class. To match the classic car mood, there will be music from the 1950s and 1960s. Guests can also enjoy a hog roast, as well as food from other vendors.

Entrants are not required to pre-register. Registration will take place on the day of the show at $12 per entry.

As in past years, all proceeds from the car show will benefit the Baker Youth Club in Warsaw. The 21st Annual Cruisin’ Hoosier Car Show was able to raise $13,800 for the organization and featured over 120 cars, a handful of motorcycles, and even three rat rods. The Car Club hopes this year’s turnout will be even bigger.

In addition to the car show, those in attendance can expect to participate in other events. During the car show, WWII vintage airplane will fly over the car dealership. Guests can also visit a helicopter display, experience Deb Collier’s School of Dance, and meet a K9 from the sheriff’s department. Children can enjoy giant inflatables. Fifteen items, including jewelry, a recliner, and a clock, will be up for bid in a silent auction.
